A resident in Karachi on Saturday moved toward police, requesting a body of evidence to be enlisted against K-Electric - the city's power supply organization - for its supposed hand in the demise of lawmaker and TV character Dr Aamir Liaquat Hussain.
The complainant, Haji Liaquat, stopped a FIR at Brigade police headquarters, guaranteeing he resided near the place of the late TV have, situated at Sharah-e-Quaideen, Express News detailed.
The man, who said he was an individual from the Muhajir Qaumi Movement, said he raced to the home of the late MNA after he found out about his passing through virtual entertainment.
He added that when he arrived at the house, he saw plans being made to move the body through a Chhipa rescue vehicle.
The complainant proceeded to add that the TV host's demise was brought about by the smoke discharging out of the generator and consequently filling Liaquat's home.

The famous TV host and legislator died on Thursday at his home in Karachi.
